What you need to know before logging in...
User name type: Your User ID is: (ex:C1234567) C plus 7 digits which is assigned by the registration system.
Your initial password will be sent to you through email upon registration.
It takes 24 hours after you are registered with the Community Portal to be able to change your initial password in the Password Management/P-Synch system.
After the 24 hour period, login to the Password Management/P-Synch from the Community Access screen using your user ID and initial password.
